The Atomic Group of Companies started as a single dermatology practice in Varanasi and grew into a family of six businesses — each one built to extend the same standard of care a little further.
From one clinic door to a whole ecosystem of care
Atomic Clinic opened as Dr. Sneha Gupta's dermatology and aesthetics practice in Varanasi, built around a simple idea: every treatment should hold up to the same clinical scrutiny, whether it's a routine consultation or a complex procedure.
As patients kept asking what to use at home, who could train under the clinic's methods, and how to make care accessible to those who couldn't afford it, the answer each time was to build something new rather than compromise the standard. That's how Atomic Pharmacy, Neonata Belle, the Atomic Aesthetic Academy, and Right To Be Beautiful came to exist — each one solving a different piece of the same problem.
In 2025, these businesses were formally brought together as the Atomic Group of Companies, co-founded by Dr. Sneha Gupta and Dr. Ashish Gupta — one shared standard, expressed across six different doors.
The story in five steps
Atomic Clinic opens in Varanasi
Dr. Sneha Gupta founds a dermatology and aesthetics practice built on one non-negotiable: clinical rigor, in every treatment.
Atomic Pharmacy & Neonata Belle launch
Patients needed dermatologist-curated products between visits — so the clinic's standard extended onto the shelf, and into a dedicated skincare line focused on prevention over correction.
Atomic Aesthetic Academy is founded
Rather than let techniques stay locked inside one clinic, the Academy opens to train practitioners in the same methods used daily on the clinic floor.
Right To Be Beautiful launches as an NGO
Co-founded by Dr. Ashish Gupta and Dr. Sneha Gupta, the NGO brings free and low-cost treatment to communities that clinical-grade care doesn't usually reach.
The Atomic Group of Companies is formed
Six independent businesses, one shared standard — formally united under a single group, with a home base still in Varanasi.
